Kol Am is led by families and educators in Brooklyn who are working together to imagine and build a new model for Jewish learning. We believe in shared leadership rooted in community, where parents, teachers, and neighbors all have a voice in shaping our direction.

We are proud to be in conversation and community with organizations such as the Society for Humanistic Judaism (SHJ) and Jews for a Secular Democracy (JFASD), whose commitments to justice, cultural celebration, and inclusive practice inspire and inform our work.
